Our store will remain open to provide both delivery and Click & Collect services. We have put special measures in place to protect both our colleagues and customers, if you need to visit a store to collect your item, you must respect these strict Social Distancing measures.

When can I pick up my order?

Current store opening hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and 9am-12pm Sat.  Collections will normally be ready within 30mins of ordering (when store is open).  Our Supplier deliveries are currently running as normal, but if we do have any stock shortages a member of our team will be in touch. 

I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?

When collecting your items, depending on your method of payment, along with your order number, you will need to bring the following:

Debit/Credit Card Payment
The payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you will need to verify your card using chip & PIN).

Paypal
If using PayPal, you must bring photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport (the name on the ID must match the name details in the payments section of the order).

When I visit the store to collect my order, where do I go?

If you need to visit a store to collect your item, you must respect the strict Social Distancing measures we’ve put in place for the safety of both our customers and colleagues. Please check our store opening times before travelling. Collections can be made from the either the front retail or rear trade entrance of our store, please ring the intercom bell on arrival and a member of our team will be happy to assist.

Our warehouse team are taking extra precautions during this pandemic. Additional protective equipment, social distancing measures and reduced staff levels are all in place. We are working closely with our courier DPD to ensure fast and safe deliveries. You will no longer be required to sign for your deliveries. Alternatively, the driver will take a photograph of the parcel at your location. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you may still choose to leave your parcel in a safeplace via the DPD app.
