The C-TEC NC951 Accessible Toilet Alarm Kit (CTEC-NC951) is a complete single-zone emergency assistance alarm designed for accessible and disabled persons' toilets. This reliable accessible toilet alarm system provides a straightforward way for a person in distress to raise an alarm and attract assistance. The kit includes a call controller, ceiling/wall pull unit, overdoor light with sounder, accessible toilet reset point with sounder and WC identification sticker, providing the essential components required for a complete emergency assistance system.

Designed as part of C-TEC's established 800 Series Conventional Call System, the NC951 operates using a 12V DC system and can be wired using four-core stranded security cable. When the pull cord is activated, audible and visual indicators alert staff outside the toilet while reassurance indicators help confirm that the call has been registered. The system also features a Call Accept function, allowing responding staff to send an intermittent acknowledgement signal inside the WC to reassure the user that help is on the way.

The C-TEC NC951 Disabled Persons Toilet Alarm Kit is suitable for accessible toilets and can also be used as a single-zone emergency assistance alarm in applications such as changing rooms, interview rooms, reception areas and other locations where emergency assistance may be required. Its integrated rechargeable standby battery can provide up to 24 hours of standby operation and 15 minutes of alarm running time, while the system can be expanded with up to three additional 800 Series call devices. The NC951 is designed to help building managers and service providers meet relevant accessibility and emergency assistance requirements, including those associated with BS8300 and Building Regulations Part M.
