C-TEC Retrofit Decor Plate-(CTEC-BF-DP)
The C-TEC Retrofit Decor Plate (CTEC-BF-DP) is an easy-to-fit fire alarm mounting accessory designed for retrofit applications involving ceiling-mounted C-TEC ActiV and CAST fire alarm devices. With a 152mm diameter, the white polycarbonate plate provides a neat and professional mounting solution while helping to cover decorating witness marks left behind by older Grade D mains/battery fire alarms. This makes the BF-DP an ideal accessory when upgrading or replacing existing domestic and commercial fire alarm devices.
Designed with versatility in mind, the C-TEC BF-DP Retrofit Decor Plate features multiple fixing holes and a large cable entry section to simplify mounting and cable access. It can be used with compatible ceiling-mounted ActiV and CAST detectors, sounders, VADs and other supported C-TEC devices. The plate can be mounted directly to a suitable ceiling or used with compatible backboxes, providing a practical solution for fire alarm system retrofit projects.
Manufactured from durable white polycarbonate in RAL9003, the C-TEC BF-DP combines a clean appearance with a lightweight construction of just 60g. Two K40x12 Pozi Flange PT retaining screws are supplied for securing the compatible C-TEC device directly to the plate. Whether used as part of a domestic fire alarm upgrade or a larger C-TEC ActiV or CAST fire detection system, the BF-DP provides a simple and effective way to achieve a tidy finished installation.
