The C-TEC CAST Compact Ceiling Sounder – White (CTEC-CA450A/SW) is an addressable, loop-powered fire alarm sounder designed to provide a clear and powerful audible warning during a fire alarm condition. Part of C-TEC’s CAST Compact range, this white ceiling-mounted sounder delivers an impressive 96dB(A) sound output at 1 metre, making it suitable for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and public-sector fire alarm applications.
Designed for compatibility with C-TEC CAST addressable fire alarm panels, the CA450A/SW incorporates an onboard short-circuit loop isolator for enhanced system resilience. It features four selectable volume levels and 31 selectable tones, providing flexibility when configuring the audible alarm characteristics of a fire detection system. The device also supports group addressing, allowing multiple sounders to be operated simultaneously when required.
With its compact 102mm diameter x 63mm deep design and white finish, the C-TEC CAST Compact Ceiling Sounder offers a discreet solution for modern fire alarm installations where reliable audible notification and clean aesthetics are important.
