The C-TEC CAST Pro Smoke & Heat Multisensor – Black (CP414B) is a programmable addressable fire detector designed to provide reliable smoke and heat detection while helping reduce unwanted false alarms. Combining smoke and heat sensing within a single compact device, the CP414B is suitable for modern CAST addressable fire alarm systems where dependable and intelligent fire detection is required. Its discreet black housing makes it particularly suitable for installations where a darker detector finish is preferred.

Powered by C-TEC's advanced CAST Pro detection technology, the CP414B uses MASC™ smoke detection and sophisticated detection algorithms to identify genuine fire conditions quickly while providing strong tolerance to common sources of false alarms. The detector offers multiple programmable detection modes, including smoke-only, heat-only and combined smoke-and-heat configurations. Its default Mode 7 combines normal-sensitivity smoke detection with A1R heat detection, providing flexible detection for a wide range of applications.

The C-TEC CP414B Black Multisensor is compatible with C-TEC XFP and ZFP CAST protocol addressable fire alarm panels and requires a CA408 CAST base. Built-in drift compensation, an onboard short-circuit loop isolator and highly visible 360° LED indicators add to its reliability and ease of system monitoring. Certified to relevant EN54 standards, including EN54-5, EN54-7, EN54-13, EN54-17 and EN54-29, the CP414B is an excellent choice for professional addressable fire alarm systems requiring intelligent smoke and heat detection in a black finish.
