The C-TEC CAST Pro CP414TV Smoke & Heat Multisensor with Tone Sounder and VAD is an advanced addressable fire alarm device combining multiple fire detection and alarm functions within one compact unit. Designed for use with C-TEC CAST systems, it provides smoke and heat detection, a powerful 92dB(A) tone sounder and an integrated C-3-9.4 white Visual Alarm Device (VAD). This integrated design helps provide rapid and decisive fire alarm indication while reducing the number of separate devices required.
Featuring C-TEC's MASC™ advanced smoke detection chamber and AFFIRM™ algorithms, the CP414TV is engineered to identify genuine fire conditions quickly while offering excellent resistance to unwanted alarms. Multiple programmable detection modes allow the device to be configured for different smoke and heat detection requirements, while drift compensation helps maintain reliable detector performance over time. The device also incorporates an onboard short-circuit loop isolator and dual ultra-bright red LED indicator strips for 360° alarm visibility.
The CP414TV is compatible with C-TEC XFP and ZFP CAST protocol addressable fire alarm panels and requires a CA408 CAST base. Certified to relevant EN54 standards including EN54-3, EN54-5, EN54-7, EN54-13, EN54-17, EN54-23 and EN54-29, it provides an integrated solution for addressable fire detection and alarm applications. With a compact 105mm diameter housing, 28–40V DC operating range and IP21C rating, the CAST Pro CP414TV is a practical choice for commercial and other life-safety fire alarm systems.
