C-TEC Hush Pro Landlord Interface CAST-(CTEC-HP733/CA)
The C-TEC Hush-Pro Landlord Interface CAST (CTEC-HP733/CA) is a dedicated interface designed to connect a standalone C-TEC Hush-Pro domestic fire alarm system to a compatible C-TEC CAST XFP or ZFP addressable fire alarm panel. It provides an effective way to integrate individual residential fire alarm systems with a communal or landlord fire alarm system, making it particularly suitable for flats, apartments, multi-occupancy residential buildings and other managed properties.
Designed for Hush-Pro networked fire alarm systems, the HP733/CA allows important fire and fault information from individual dwellings to be communicated to a central landlord or communal system. The interface supports the reporting of Fire Level 1, Fire Level 2, system faults and loop faults, helping provide greater visibility of fire alarm events across connected residential properties. When combined with compatible C-TEC systems and configuration, additional functions such as remote monitoring, automatic evacuation scenarios and manual evacuation controls can be supported.
The C-TEC HP733/CA Hush-Pro Landlord Interface is loop powered and supplied on a double-gang plastic plate, with dimensions of 146mm W x 85mm H x 21mm D. It can be mounted on a standard UK 25mm double-gang flush or surface back box and has an IP40 rating, making it a practical interface for residential fire alarm applications. As part of the C-TEC Hush-Pro ecosystem, it provides a scalable solution for integrating domestic and communal fire alarm systems in modern residential buildings.
