The C-TEC Sycall Conventional Manual Call Point BF370S is a reliable red surface-mounted manual call point designed for use with conventional fire alarm systems. Certified to EN54-11 by LPCB and EN54-13 by BSI, the BF370S provides a dependable way for occupants to manually activate a fire alarm when a fire or emergency is detected. Its clear red finish makes the device easy to identify within commercial, industrial, retail and other fire safety environments.
The BF370S features a smooth-action resettable operating element that mimics the feel of breaking glass, allowing the call point to be tested and reset without replacing a glass element. When activated, the integrated red LED alarm ring illuminates the face of the call point for clear visual indication. The photoluminescent operating window also remains visible for up to five minutes, helping maintain visibility in reduced-light conditions.
Supplied with a red back box, reset key and ‘Not in Use’ label, the C-TEC BF370S offers a practical solution for conventional fire alarm installations. It operates across 4.5–30V DC, has an IP42 rating, and is manufactured from durable red ABS. The unit is supplied with 470Ω and 680Ω resistors, with the required value selected through the wiring connection. For flush mounting, an additional BF370SFP mounting plate is required, while the BF370S/W provides an IP66 weatherproof alternative for suitable outdoor applications.
