Texecom D3 Sound Shield Ultra Loud 125dB Internal Sounder (DAB-0001)
The Texecom D3 Sound Shield is a powerful internal security sounder designed to create an intense and disorientating audible environment when an intruder alarm is activated.
Producing an output of up to 125dB(A), the Sound Shield uses a rapid 2–5kHz four-tone signal designed to make it extremely difficult for an intruder to remain within the protected area or easily identify the source of the sound.
Ideal for commercial premises, warehouses, retail environments and other higher-risk applications, the D3 Sound Shield provides an additional layer of active deterrence following an alarm activation.
A built-in 1.8Ah backup battery provides up to 30 minutes of operation during a power failure, helping maintain protection even if the mains supply is interrupted.
Its compact, retrofit-ready design and flexible wiring options allow the Sound Shield to be integrated into both new and existing security installations.
