The Vigitron VI2301A MaxiiCopper  Ethernet/PoE Extender is a high-performance solution designed to extend Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (PoE) well beyond the standard 100-metre network limitation. Supporting transmission distances of up to 900 metres (3,000 ft) over standard Cat5 or better UTP cable, it is ideal for long-range IP surveillance, access control, and industrial networking applications where reliable connectivity is essential.

Featuring Extended Pass-Through PoE (EPTP™) technology, the VI2301A supports IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards with up to 72W/74W PoE, allowing a single PoE source to power both the extender and the connected device. Its plug-and-play design requires no software configuration, switch programming, or IP setup, significantly reducing installation time while ensuring dependable operation across extended cable runs.

Built for demanding environments, the VI2301A is Mega-Pixel Certified (MPC™) and supports high-bandwidth IP cameras, Jumbo Frame transmission, and Vigitron's Symmetric Bandwidth (SBW™) technology for consistent upload and download speeds with minimal packet loss.
